resurrection vs. rebirth|Six Types of people who are not qualified to enter heaven|Way truth Life 06
Do human beings have only one life? Can one resurrect after death? Is resurrection equal to rebirth?
To address these questions, let’s find out the conditions of entering heaven first.
There is a lot of talk in the bible about people who are not qualified to enter heaven. Here we have summarized 6 types of such people.
1. sinners and unrighteous men cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
2. Those who don’t change and become like little children cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14)
Children are innocent, who are like angels under the age of seven.
As they grow up, greed, hatred, envy and Arrogance gradually appear.
3. Those who put their hands to the plow and look back cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.
Still another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say good-by to my family."
Jesus replied, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." (Luke 9:61~62)
Those who “look back” means they are still attached to someone or something in the world. They still haven’t let go of everything.
4. Those who haven’t gone through many hardships cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.
Paul was strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. "We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God," they said. (Acts 14:22)
Humans are born with Sins.
To eradicate the sins and sinful nature, but keep enjoying life without going through hardships and suffering, do you think it’s ever possible for this kind of man to enter the kingdom of heaven?
5. Those whose actions and knowledge do not go hand in hand cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 7:21)
Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' (Matthew 7:22)
Those who keep calling “Lord, Lord” but never do God’s will cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.Because preaching, driving out demons, performing miracles and the like can also be carried out by false Christs and false prophets.
Therefore, our actions and knowledge must go hand in hand.
6. Those not reborn of water and the Spirit cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.
