Interpreting the Prophet: Edgar Cayce
Edgar Cayce is called a prophet for his many predictions.
Most notably, he accurately prophesied the outbreak of two world wars, the U.S. economic crisis in 1929, the independence of India, and the establishment of Israel 15 years before it did.
He predicted the chaos caused by the race issue in the U.S. and the death of two U.S. presidents (Roosevelt and Kennedy) during their terms.
People set up the "Cayce Foundation" to calculate the accuracy of his big and small prophecies, and to their surprise, his prophecies were highly accurate.
Based on his faith in God throughout his life, he combined the bible with his own "reading" experience.
His realization has gone beyond the common understanding of Christianity without any contradiction, and even shared something in common with traditional Eastern beliefs!
In the near future, scientists will announce to the world that:
Humans have souls after death and can be reincarnated.
The Main Message of Cayce’s Life
The Cayce readings provide many theories and models for the development of humanity and spirituality.
For example, the 7 spiritual centers of human body, the 3 levels of consciousness (consciousness, subconsciousness and super-consciousness), the three-dimensional experience of the physical world (time, space and patience), etc.
Because through the readings, he gradually formed his own understanding of Christianity and formed his own worldview.
1. All things are interconnected; all things are one.
The concept of oneness is the starting point of the Cayce readings. That is, all things are a unified Whole.
2. Life is Purposeful.
As part of the Creative Energy, we need to bring the spiritual beings into the physical world. “To make the infinite into the finite.”
Therefore, if one just lives for the sake of living, then he has the lowest state of life meaning. He even forgets his soul purpose. This kind of life is almost meaningless.
Life should be an exploration of truth from deep in the soul.
That is to say, Cayce thinks that each one born in this world should do this.
3. Be sympathetic and avoid competition.
Nothing can lead us astray from oneness and the spiritual destination faster than competition.
In this sense, competition does not refer to high or low scores in sports games. Rather, it is the mentality of comparing oneself with others and trying to outperform.
This is a status which numbs your spiritual growth.
