A soldier must be aware of the whole situation of the war, and so do the Missionaries of Christ who fight on the battlefield of truth.
In the last days, missionaries will encounter all kinds of Temptations and difficulties that will make missionary work more difficult and dangerous, and missionaries must be more aware and prepared.
The bible is the most powerful weapon for missionaries to teach the truth, rebuke error, correct faults, and give instruction for right living, as well as being the best discipline for believers in their life.
Timothy Chapter 3
3:15 The Holy Scriptures can make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
3:17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
3:1 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.
3:2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy.
Being lovers of oneself is being self-centered.
Even doing good is only to proclaim oneself, and the enthusiastic devotion in church is for one’s own glory.
false christs and prophets are most fond of proclaiming themselves, branding themselves, and boasting about themselves.
The believers of the last days are proud and arrogant, dishonor their parents, and ungrateful (full of gratitude when they receive favours from others, but forgetting them afterwards), unholy (irreverent and unholy towards God and the Christ).
