revelation Chapter 20

20:1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.

20:2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

20:3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

20:4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

20:5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.

During the thousand years, those who haven’t come to life won’t just wait in the underground, the netherworld, but will keep reincarnating (resurrecting) and repenting of Sins.

After the thousand years, they may have a chance to gain perfect rebirth.

20:6 Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

I have a sermon on resurrection and rebirth (Lecture 6 of "Way truth Life"), and explained the difference between resurrection and rebirth clearly.

You should check it, otherwise you will not understand this lecture very well.

The second death means that the soul has completely fallen, which is hopeless, and is thrown into the lake of fire.

The first death means the separation of the soul and the body.

So the first death is not scary.

For the 2,000 years, since the ascension of Christ, those who have fallen asleep (died) in Him still have to keep reincarnating (resurrecting) and repenting of their sins, serve the Lord and preach the gospel without fear of death or persecution. 

When the Lord comes again this time , they finally rise again and can reign with Him for a thousand years.

All those who have come to life are allowed to go to the Kingdom of Heaven. 

Of course, they can also choose to come with the Lord and reign with Him for a thousand years.
